These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the A22 Transfers website and the booking of transfer, excursion, and related services ("Services"). By using our website or booking any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. A22 Transfers operates as a private transfer and tourism services provider in the Algarve region of Portugal.
All prices displayed on our website are indicative and provided as a guide only. They are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer. The final price for your booking will be confirmed via email after your reservation is submitted.
Prices may vary based on factors including but not limited to: route distance, time of day, number of passengers, vehicle availability, seasonal demand, tolls, and any special requirements. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price if the actual journey details differ from those provided at the time of booking.
If the confirmed price differs from the indicative price shown at the time of booking, you will be notified before the service is provided and given the option to accept the revised price or cancel the booking without charge.
A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from A22 Transfers. Submitting a booking request through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the Service, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of booking, including pick-up and drop-off locations, flight numbers, number of passengers, and contact details. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or service disruption.
Payment may be made online via credit/debit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe), or in cash to the driver at the time of service. A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain services.
All online payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
No-shows (failure to appear at the agreed pick-up location and time) will not be eligible for a refund. If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to provide the service as booked. However, we reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equivalent or higher standard if the originally booked vehicle is unavailable. Waiting time of up to 60 minutes after flight landing is included for airport pick-ups at no extra charge.
A22 Transfers shall not be held liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. While our drivers will assist with loading and unloading, A22 Transfers accepts no liability for loss or damage to luggage or personal items during transit. Please ensure you have all your belongings when leaving the vehicle.
Child seats are available upon request and must be specified at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the correct type of child seat is requested based on the child's age and weight. Additional charges may apply for child seat provision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A22 Transfers' total liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
